A teacher of mine recently said that one of the most radical actions he can think of at the moment for a better world is to lie down every day for half an hour and rest – in the middle of the day.
I love this.
That’s what we’re going to explore.
In these extraordinary times, what’s going on in the moment? In ourselves , in our relationships towards and away from each other, our connection with self and spirit, body and soul.
A Pause point
A Pivot point
A Presence point .
To cultivate this dynamic of movement seems so vital at the moment.
The ability to stay awake to our deep listening and noticing - in a quiet and dynamic stillness we move and hush our movement so we can turn our attention to energy and vibration.
This noticing can bring awareness of something unfolding inside of us or outside - both feel necessary at the moment.
This is what we'll explore together in the beautiful quiet and holding of Bois-le-Comte.
We will dance together, enquire, rest, listen to what is stirring - be together with each other in residential community for a few days.
At some stage over our time together we will enter a ritual, healing space, creating a simple ceremony to send a prayer of deep listening and rest out to the wider field.
I look forward to being with you.
