Vijfdaagse dansworkshop in de natuur (Ardennen), in het Engels.
5 ritmes dans en Open Floor werk. Dansend in verbinding met onszelf en elkaar ontspannen we. We openen ons en herinneren ons dat we al o.k. zijn zoals we zijn. Alles wat we voelen mag verwelkomd, gedanst en onderzocht worden.
Dit is een jaarlijkse bijeenkomst en retraite. Elk jaar komen er nieuwe mensen en elk jaar komen er mensen terug. We ontdekken en herontdekken vaardigheden en connecties en hartdansen en onze speelsheid en onze tederheid en onze wildheid. Elk jaar is fris en nieuw - en tegelijk bouwen we elk jaar verder op het vertrouwen in ons absolute o.k. zijn van de voorgaande jaren. Het welkom aan nieuwkomers is sterk en oprecht. Het welkom terug dat we elkaar geven is ook diep en simpel.
In verbinding met onszelf en elkaar interesseert het ons misschien niet langer te denken dat er iets mis is met ons. We veranderen van kanaal, van ons gewoonte-denken switchen we naar een ruimere, opwindende staat van nieuwsgierigheid. We vechten niet langer tegen de sluimerende angst dat we niet echt o.k. zijn. Daardoor ontspannen we en openen we ons voor vreugde en ruimte. Vrijheid en frisheid verschijnen, soms wanneer we ze het minst verwachten.
Elk jaar bouwen we ons vertrouwen op in wat er klaar is om naar boven te komen. We gaan niet op zoek naar heling of verandering, hoewel heling en verandering zich dikwijls voordoen. Deze jaarlijkse bijeenkomst is elk jaar fris en nieuw, en bouwt elk jaar verder op al onze jaren van samen dansen. Ze helpt ons om ons de waarde van onze unieke bijdragen, onze aangeboren nieuwsgierigheid en ons o.k. zijn te herinneren.
Er is elke voormiddag een sessie en meestal zijn er ook sessies in de namiddag en 's avonds, afhankelijk van wat we als groep op dat moment nodig hebben. Gewoonlijk (maar niet altijd) is er tijdens deze workshop één vrije namiddag om langer te lunchen/relaxen/wandelen. We dansen, en we rusten ook.

Nieuwkomers heel erg welkom, en anciens even welkom als altijd.
Er is geen enkele voorkennis of ervaring nodig.

Cursuslocatie: ecologisch centrum la ferme du Bois-le-Comte
La ferme du Bois-le-Comte is een ecologisch cursuscentrum vlak bij de abdij van Orval (Ardennen, zuidoost België, tegen de Franse grens). Unieke ligging midden in de natuur. De keuken is vegetarisch en voor wie wil volledig vegan.

Inschrijvingsinformatie
Prijs op basis van volpension verblijf (100% bio en vegetarisch) in vierpersoonskamer. Als je alleen wil slapen, kan je kamperen (zelfde prijs, eigen tent, apart kampeersanitair vlakbij de kampeerplaatsen) of een een- of tweepersoonskamer reserveren (+ 170 euro).
