The Zenthai Shiatsu 5 Elements Training is a 4-day immersion into the 5 Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine: Earth, Metal, Water, Wood, and Fire. Blending theory, movement, touch, and embodiment, this training explores how each element expresses itself through the body, emotions, energetic patterns, and relational dynamics.
You’ll learn 5 distinct bodywork flows — one for each element — expanding your Zenthai toolkit while deepening your understanding of therapeutic touch, presence, and energetic balance. Each day weaves together Qi gong based movement, theory on the elements, Zenthai bodywork practice, partner work, and moments of stillness, creating a heart-centered space for learning, transformation, and connection. All of this unfolds within the inspiring container of conscious community.
* The training can be taken either as a standalone immersion or following the Level 1 Training. Just like the Level 1, it also acts as a standalone prerequisite for the 9-month Zenthai Shiatsu Therapist Training pathway.
