Cathy danste en volgde de lesgeversopleiding bij Gabrielle Roth, de oprichtster van de 5Ritmes®, en werkt al sinds 2004 met deze bewegingsmeditatie. Ze is een van de oprichters van Open Floor International en draagt bij aan de verspreiding van deze benadering in heel Europa en het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Haar achtergrond ligt in theater, schrijven en sjamanistische praktijken. Cathy combineert haar artistieke ervaring met een diepgaande benadering van persoonlijke ontwikkeling. This workshop was in so many aspect soooo good! It was very clear and easy to follow because there was a line that had been thought out with experience, psychological sensitiveness and love for life and people.
