Intimacy is so much more than the narrow association with sexual energy.
It begins within, in an unguarded space where you fully meet yourself.
From there, all relationships become a dance of connection, vulnerability, and presence.

Words often fall short when it comes to intimacy because it lives in physical sensations, subtle impulses, and in the mysterious pulse of life itself.
Dance connects us with what life is really meant to be about: the fluttering of the heart, the softening of the breath, the liveliness that flows through us.

Waves of 5Rhythms invites us into the raw, honest language of the body. 
The more embodied you are, the greater your capacity for intimacy. 

By befriending your inner world, you increase your possibility for genuine contact and greater pleasure. 
The level of connection you create within yourself reflects the closeness you can experience with others and with the world around.

Willemijn de Dreu has 25 years of experience in guiding people through Dance & Ritual to freedom and peace. She’s trained in 5Rhythms, OpenFloor, Systemic Ritual and Body-oriented trauma therapy. This combination creates a magical weaving on the dancefloor between the spiritworld and the every day, coming from embodied wisdom.
Her work brings movement back in blocked  energy. Therefore the body can heal itself.
She’s passionate, grounded, deep yet alway’s ready for a joke to remember that life is a celebration and worth to be enjoyed.

Workshop venue: la ferme du Bois-le-Comte

La ferme du Bois-le-Comte is an eco-friendly  venue for groups in the South of Belgium (close to the French border and at a 20-minute walk from the famous abbey of Orval). Superb position in the midst of nature. All meals are plant-based.

Willemijn de Dreu

Willemijn de Dreu has 25 years of experience in guiding people in dance and guide them to unlock stuck energy in the body. She is committed to the dancing path and the freedom it brings for so many. She is known for her fiery yet grounded presence and her gentle way of healing through movement. She effortlessly weaves shamanic threads in her teachings, with a great sensitivity to what is arising in the field.

Willemijn originally studied theatre school, and was  trained in 1998 to teach the 5Rhythms by Gabrielle Roth. In 2005 she was trained as a Heartbeat teacher.
In 2008 she started working with Daan van Kampenhout who taught her more about shamanism and ceremony. In 2013 she became a certified Systemic Ritual constellator.
After years of training and assisting Andrea Juhan she graduated as an Open Floor and Libido teacher in 2016.
In 2019 she finalized her studies as a body oriented trauma therapist. Since then she also offers individual sessions.
