The next great step in your evolution appears to be slowed, perhaps blocked, by problems that challenge some of your important beliefs and the choices that shaped your life. A great many of our choices are made unconsciously, meaning out of fear-based habits, that led us to believe that we didn't have a choice at all.
The problem you currently face offers you a choice. You can retreat into powerlessness, fear, and frustration - in short, surrender to the victim mind, which exists in all of us.. And stay the same.
Or you can learn how to respond to the victim inside of you with Awareness and compassion, and then allow Awareness to reveal other possibilities, other choices. Being Aware will even inspire you to make the best choice for you.
Until we are Aware, our lives are on automatic pilot - meaning run by habits.

How to Turn the Problem into a Project with a Purpose
Here's a little understood secret about your heart: It isn't really happy unless it's got a challenge to face, a problem to solve. The heart needs a project; it needs a purpose. Purpose gives the heart excitement, joy, and a chance to bring forth the great many wonders that exist within you.
The heart experiences challenges as journeys that heal and transform us. In the process of solving the problem, the heart brings into being the evolved you and the next phase of your evolution.
Cantillate Means to Sing to Your Source
To cantillate means to recite a poem, song, or scripture with musical intonation; to sing or chant to your Creator. The extent to which you cantillate at any given moment is the measure of how aligned you are with your heart and soul as you do your work, or have a conversation with a loved one, a friend, or even the stranger at the grocery check-out. To cantillate means to be Aware, to align with your inner life, and to act from the depths of your being.
Very likely, you are cantillating in some part of your life. Becoming Aware of the experience of cantillating can be a guide to cantillate even more often. As you enter that state of deep Awareness, you raise your life condition, and improve your health, vitality, mood, and effectiveness in life. The program will show you how to cantillate in otherwise ordinary moments.
Your Heart is an Energy Refinery

The heart is a consciousness, now well established by science. The heart-consciousness is capable of taking low frequency energies - such as stress, anger, fear, anxiety, depression, and illness - and transforming them into higher frequencies of health; self-care; self-love; tenderness toward self and others; courage; clarity; and commitment to your goals.
The mind is an extension of your fear, the heart an extension of your soul. What the mind cannot do, the heart and soul can.
Sooner or later, we will all become students of the heart.
The Quantum Leap
Physicists tell us that a quantum leap occurs when an electron, atom, or molecular disappears on its baseline frequency and reappears on another, higher frequency. The same kind of energetic change from a lower frequency to a much higher state occurs throughout the cosmos, including in us humans.
The program will show you how to hold energetic and emotional states within an aspect of your consciousness that routinely transforms energy to higher states, and thus changes the way you feel, think, and act.
A Journey of Purpose
All of what I have described above is just a small handful of what you will learn in our program. These small summaries are aspects of the program - bits of geography on a journey, so to speak - that often begins in confusion and inner conflict, and proceeds into deeper states of self-Awareness, a greater settling into self, and a deeper experience of who you are. Therein lies a state of being that resolves conflicts, awakens you to your purpose in any given moment, and offers fulfillment in love.
Experiencing that together is the purpose of this program.

I intend to address all kinds of challenges, including those in intimate partnership, work and career, health and spirituality.
There will be opportunity for you to present your own questions and specific challenges for guidance from me and the group.
