Workshop venue: la ferme du Bois-le-Comte

La ferme du Bois-le-Comte is an eco-friendly  venue for groups in the South of Belgium (close to the French border and at a 20-minute walk from the famous abbey of Orval). Superb position in the midst of nature. All meals are plant-based.

Cathy trained and apprenticed with Gabrielle Roth, the visionary founder of the 5Rhythms® movement meditation practice, and has been immersed in this transformative work since 2004. As a founding member of Open Floor International, she has been instrumental in bringing this practice to a global audience. With a rich background in theatre, writing, and shamanic traditions, Cathy blends artistic expression with deep personal exploration. She leads workshops across Europe and the UK, creating spaces for profound self-discovery and connection. Cathy offers workshops at Oost West Centrum where the magic and complexity of our relationships are explored through dance, music, movement, ritual, and self-inquiry. This workshop was in so many aspect soooo good! It was very clear and easy to follow because there was a line that had been thought out with experience, psychological sensitiveness and love for life and people.
