Awakening the poetry. Moving beyond technique. Exploring rhythm, pulse and transition. This is an exploration into the more fluid, rhythmic and expressive dimensions of Zenthai Shiatsu, where bodywork becomes a dance.
We move beyond technique into a deeper listening… where gestures follow a rhythm, and the body begins to organise itself from within.
What to expect
This immersion introduces a new 1.5-hour dynamic bodywork flow, and a distinct theory on movement, pulsing, and fluid transitions.
You will explore:
- Bringing movement and “dance” into your bodywork practice
- Working with the meridians as flowing rivers
- Dynamic pulsing and rhythmic expression
- Advanced gestures and fluid transitions
- Enlivening and harmonising the energetic body
- A 5 Element / TCM-inspired approach to touch
