Level 1 and level 2 workshop "Connecting with the energy of nature and its healing powers"

Do you want to explore the elements of nature and their different types of qualities and energies? Are you curious about connecting deeply with trees? Do you want to practice your perception of nature’s energy and feeling your own energy?

Nature’s energy is ever-present in our life, in the soil we walk on, in the air we breathe and in the food we eat. So, when we consciously connect with the energy of nature, we explore the natural world in a deeper way. This can help us to find harmony and stability within ourselves in our daily life, and get us in touch with the healing powers of nature.

Objectives
This five-day workshop guides the participants towards a deeper awareness of their intuitive relationship with nature, particularly with trees and plants. Through experiential activities, the participants will understand and expand their conscious perception of energy in nature and within themselves, and enhance their connection with their intuition. This will lead to a better understanding of themselves and their own qualities, and to a deeper connection with nature’s supportive and healing energy. An exploration of the five elements in nature - earth, water, fire, air and ether that are connected with the chakras, their different qualities and healing powers, will be conducted during the workshop.  
   

Content
The experiential activities will get to explore and practise the following aspects:

• Identification of one’s perception of energy in oneself and in nature.
• Practice of one’s connection to earth (grounding and anchoring) and its energy.
• Practice of stability at body, mind and spiritual levels.
•  Connection with the spiritual heart and practice of centering.
•  Development of one’s intuition.
•  Development of a personal relationship with a tree.
•  Exploration of the trees’ energy and their different qualities and healing powers.
•  Introduction to the five elements in nature (earth, water, fire, air and ether), their qualities and expression in nature and in ourselves, and their healing powers.
•  Identification of places replenishing our energy.
•  Guided contemplations on nature.

Output
This workshop is leading you to connect at a deeper level with nature and with yourself, to the perception of the energy that is in all living beings. Looking at the elements of nature allows us to understand ourselves more in our perception of our daily life, its events and challenges and how to deal with them. This also helps us to get their support from our environment and particularly from nature. Giving these workshops, I witness numerous changes in the participants: in the quality and depth of their connection with nature, in the understanding of themselves, their qualities and strengths, in the resolve of some issues they have and that they can let go, in the connection of their spirituality – connectedness with the Universal Consciousness – with their present life and the strength it provides. The connection with trees adds something precious to these transformations, as trees are channels from soil to cosmos, and in their compassion, they help and guide us to higher levels of perception of ourselves and the world. All these changes witnessed are, every time, a wonder, showing the power that nature has.

Prerequisites

• A working knowledge of English.
• This workshop is open to all who feel they may benefit from getting a deeper connection with nature and themselves. As we spend a lot of time in nature, the ability to be in nature for some time, including walking and being in fresh / cold / rainy weather, is needed.
• Bring your favourite pen and notebook, drawing paper, colour pencils or other drawing material, a water-resistant sitting pad for when in nature, a warm coat and raincoat and water-resistant shoes.

Note: the workshop’s agenda and contents can be modified depending on weather conditions, and other external factors.

LEVEL 2 WORKSHOP

Do you want to deepen your connection with the trees, and practice conveying their healing powers to other people? Do you want to expand your connection with the elements of nature and deepen your connection with your strong qualities? Do you want to experience crystal energy?

This “Energy of Nature” workshop Level 2 is a three-day programme for those who have participated in the Level 1 workshop. 
The participants will deepen their intuitive relationship with plants and trees and their perception of the different healing powers of trees and nature. They will also deepen their connection and understanding of the different elements in nature in connection with their own qualities and strengths. They will strengthen their ability to get grounded and centred, to be more connected with the earth and universal energies, and with their spiritual heart. They will as well experience conveying the different types of healing energy from trees to other people. And there experiment their perception of the qualities and energies of crystals, and practice using them to enhance and balance energy in a room.

The outcome of the workshop will be the strengthening of the participants’ conscious awareness of their own energy, qualities and self-power, and their ability to use the generous healing powers of nature.

The experiential activities will explore and practice the following aspects:
    • Practice of grounding-centering and be one with our spiritual heart.
    • Spending time with a companion tree. 
    • Deepening of the perception of supportive and healing trees.
    • Deepening of the perception of the five elements in nature (earth, water, fire, air and ether), their qualities and their various healing powers in nature and in ourselves.
    • Practice of conveying the different types of healing energy from trees to other people.
    • Work with crystals on the perception of their energies and qualities and using them to reinforce positive / healing spots.

Bring your favourite pen and notebook, drawing paper, colour pencils or other drawing material, a sitting pad and rain wear and shoes for when in nature.

Workshop venue: la ferme du Bois-le-Comte 

La ferme du Bois-le-Comte is an eco-friendly  venue for groups in the South of Belgium (close to the French border and at a 20-minute walk from the famous abbey of Orval). Superb position in the midst of nature. All meals are plant-based.
