How often do you connect with your inner Child?
How is it when you do?
What can you learn from deepening this connection?
What resources this connection and helps find the healing you and they need?
In this weekend journey we will take a deep dive into our relationship with our Inner Child. Giving space and time for this important part of us to be seen, heard, held and danced with. Unveiling the joys, the innocence and in many cases wounds that dwell in this space. We will offer this tender part all the resources, love and care that perhaps were not previously available .
Once we have created a solid container we will enter into a ceremonial space and take a dancing journey through the nine gateways of the MM Mesa (Body, Heart, Mind – Past, Present, Future- Interconnection, Fulfilment and Realisation). Tending to the wounds of the past, accepting our current state of being and dancing the dream of a yet unknown future.
We will draw on the maps of Movement Medicine, Systemic Constellations, The Work That Reconnects and ritual to support us on this journey. Experience of any of these modalities is not necessary. Simply come with an open body, heart and mind. And a willingness to turn up, be present, give yourself permission to explore and be curious.
Movement Medicine weaves together the exhilaration of free dance with the depth of movement meditation and the spirit of shamanic practice. Participation in this workshop counts as hours towards the Movement Medicine apprenticeships and training.
