A BISO - Body in Soul - ongoing residential group.

Through listening, responding and opening to the movement that wants to travels through us, many whisperings can be heard by us. 
We will take a travel through the cardinal directions of the Medicine Wheel, moving with their teachings and wisdom, qualities and essences of the body, soul and spirit handed down through the ages.
In community, together we can keep travelling into who we are.
BISO is a conscious movement map, full of doorways, creativity, space and unfolding.

Workshop venue: la ferme du Bois-le-Comte

La ferme du Bois-le-Comte is an eco-friendly  venue for groups in the South of Belgium (close to the French border and at a 20-minute walk from the famous abbey of Orval). Superb position in the midst of nature. All meals are plant-based.

Cathy trained and apprenticed with Gabrielle Roth, the visionary founder of the 5Rhythms® movement meditation practice, and has been immersed in this transformative work since 2004. As a founding member of Open Floor International, she has been instrumental in bringing this practice to a global audience. With a rich background in theatre, writing, and shamanic traditions, Cathy blends artistic expression with deep personal exploration. Cathy offers workshops at Oost West Centrum where the magic and complexity of our relationships are explored through dance, music, movement, ritual, and self-inquiry.
